How does it work

Book Reiki Session

You will be required to fill in a form indicating: the email, complete name, phone number, city, age (You must be above 18 years old).

You can send a (fully clothed) picture of yourself.

Indicate an intention or goal of your session, if you have one.

Prepare for the session
- Choose a place where you are alone, where you can let go and relax, maybe your living room on a sofa, your bed, or a meeting room where you can sit.
- Remove any metallic jewelry before the session and put it back when it is finished.

Fully closed, just as you are, choose a comfortable place to relax, free of distractions.

Possibly listen to a calming sound, with no lyrics, Suggested music: Free Sound.. Or stay in silence.

Your pet can lay down next to you if it doesn't distract you.

During the session - me, Reiki Practitioner

I will perform a Traditional Usui Reiki session, with high love and healing frequencies, letting my highest self guide my intuitive forces to be a channel for the universal light force and to balance energies for you.

You will not be contacted during the session.

I will write complete feedback notes about your energy, your intention, balance of the chakras and biofield.

Recommendations are also present in case that further work is necessary.

After the session

The effect of the enery of Reiki varies from person to person, meanwhile, it is recommended to avoid driving of using heavy machinery after a session. The impact will depend on the goals of body and soul. Sometimes it activates new clarity or life paths while it always aims at balancing energy and increasing your wellbeing.

You are encouraged to drop an email with your review, same day and/or in a week.

Reiki - Distance Session - Terms and Conditions

I understand I must be at least 18 years old to receive a Distance Reiki Session.

I understand that Reiki is a gentle energy work technique developed in Japan. In this technique, the practitioner uses the hands' chakras to send Reiki energy to the receiver, setting up the body for healing and the pursuit of one's highest good.

Distance Reiki session does not require a video call or a call; the receiver should be fully clothed, in a comfortable place, free from distractions, ideally lying down or sitting very comfortably.

I understand that Reiki is intended to provide relaxation and support to my overall health and well-being.

I understand that Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor can they prescribe medications or perform any medical treatments.

I understand that Reiki is not a replacement for psychological or physical medical care, nor is it a replacement for prescribed medications.

I understand that Reiki may complement the care I may be receiving and support my body's natural healing process.

I understand that the session is voluntary and that I may end the session at any time.
